Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Items cannot be returned in the following situations:

• Opened, partially used, or damaged items cannot be returned and/or are not subjected to refund. Inspect the package carefully upon delivery before opening and using it.
• If the packaging, box, or seal has been tampered with. Do not accept the delivery if the package appears compromised.
• No, partially consumed items cannot be returned. Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return.
• No, items with a broken seal cannot be returned.
• If the product details indicate that the item is non-returnable.
• If the return window of 7 days from the delivery date has expired.
• If any accessories that came with the item are missing.
• If the original serial number, UPC number, or barcode is missing.
• If damage or defects are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
• If the item shows visible signs of misuse.
• If the item is a refrigerated product, such as insulin, or other heat-sensitive items, which are non-returnable.
• Items related to baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, and sexual wellness, including but not limited to diapers, health drinks, supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.

Inside Dhaka Delivery

We currently offer delivery within approximately 24-48 hours inside Dhaka City.

Outside Dhaka Delivery

Outside Dhaka Remedive may take 1-5 days to deliver medicines. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control and depends on the courier company's operations. Please note that any customer outside of Dhaka must pay the full amount in advance with a delivery charge after our confirmation call.

Refund Time

If your return is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within approximately 1-7 working days. In exceptional cases, it may take longer.
